Returns Policy

We hope you love your new purchase, however if you’re unhappy with a product that you have received, or you’ve changed your mind, you are welcome to return the item within 30 days of your order being received for a full refund. 

If your order is damaged in transit or there are issues with the quality of the product we will send you a pre-paid shipping label, as well as refunding you for the product & original postage costs. For any other return reasons you will need to pay to send the item back to us, and you will receive a refund for the full product cost but not for your original postage costs. 

Please return the item in original packaging, you bear responsibility for the item until it reaches us. Please also retain proof of postage or tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for any items that do not arrive.

Once we have received the item back, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 working days. It may take another 5 working days for the money to reach your account depending on your payment method/bank.
