Delivery Information

We offer delivery via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (will arrive within 3-5 business days) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (will arrive within 1-3 business days).

Royal Mail has the lowest carbon footprint of any UK courier - something we are passionate about. We also use 100% recyclable material in our packaging, and everything we use from our boxes to the tape we use can be recycled at home. 

Orders placed to the following postcodes may take longer to arrive than Royal Mail's advertised arrival times: BT, GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA60-75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44 and ZE2-ZE3, as well as any British Armed Forces Post Offices. 

Shipping is a flat rate of £3.99 for Tracked 48 or £4.99 for Tracked 24, unless specified on the product page (very heavy items for example will cost more to send).

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number, you will also be able to then specify a safe place or to have your parcel delivered to a neighbour. 

We’re sorry we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK. We are also unable to ship to Northern Ireland at this time, if you place an order to Northern Ireland your order will be cancelled and refunded.
